Return & Refund Policy – Abir Al-Madinah Tours

At Abir Al-Madinah Tours, we are committed to providing reliable and respectful service to our valued clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment.
  • Once confirmed, any changes or cancellations may result in penalties as outlined below.

2. Visa, Ticket & Hotel Policy

  • Visa Processing: Once the visa application is submitted, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
  • Airline Tickets: Airline tickets, once issued, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Hotel Bookings: Hotel reservations are subject to cancellation policies as determined by the respective hotels.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • After Confirmation: No refund is applicable after the confirmation of services.
  • Government Policy Changes: Any additional charges due to changes in visa, ticket, or hotel policies by the government will be borne by the passenger.
  • Package Cancellations: All packages are 100% non-refundable after booking, regardless of any reason.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes in travel dates, hotel preferences, or airline selection are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Any modification requested after confirmation is treated as a new booking and is subject to the prevailing rates and conditions.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear for departure or at the designated time will result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any refunds or compensation in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions imposed by authorities.
