Welcome to Abir Al-Madinah Tours! Our services are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your Umrah package.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure. Failure to complete payment within the due time may result in cancellation without a refund.
  • All payments must be made in the name of Abir Al-Madinah Tours.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Pricing Policy

  • Package prices are based on current airfare, hotel rates, and other service charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline tariffs, or government policies.
  • Any increase in fares, taxes, or other surcharges imposed by airlines, hotels, or government authorities after booking must be borne by the passenger.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are 100% non-refundable once the visa is processed or the ticket is issued.
  • In the event of cancellation before visa processing, a cancellation fee will apply as per company policy.
  • No refund will be given for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary withdrawal from the package.

4. Visa & Documentation

  • Passengers must provide valid documents for visa processing, including:
    • Scanned Passport Copy (valid for at least 6 months)
    • Scanned Recent Photograph with White Background
    • PAN Card Copy
  • Visa approval is subject to the approval of the Saudi Arabian authorities. Abir Al-Madinah Tours is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in visa policies.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Changes in travel dates, hotels, or flight schedules after booking will be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Abir Al-Madinah Tours is not responsible for any changes in government policies affecting airline fares, visa processing, or hotel bookings.

6. Accommodation Policy

  • Hotel accommodations are provided based on double, triple, or quad-sharing rooms. Single room supplements will incur additional charges.
  • Hotel names are provided for reference only. Similar category hotels may be provided if the original hotel is unavailable.

7. Travel & Flight Policies

  • Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice by the airline. Any delays or rescheduling are beyond the control of Abir Al-Madinah Tours.
  • Passengers are responsible for reporting to the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure time.
  • Excess baggage fees will be the responsibility of the passenger.

8. Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Passengers must ensure that they are physically fit to perform Umrah.
  • It is mandatory to carry any required vaccinations or health certificates as per Saudi regulations.
  • Abir Al-Madinah Tours is not responsible for any health-related issues, injuries, or emergencies during the journey.

9. Liability & Responsibility

  • Abir Al-Madinah Tours acts only as an agent for the passengers in making arrangements for airlines, hotels, and transportation. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • In case of any unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes, alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but additional costs will be borne by the passenger.

10. Non-Responsibility for Government Policies

  • Any changes in government policies related to air tickets, visas, or hotel accommodations will be applicable and payable by the passenger.
  • Abir Al-Madinah Tours is not responsible for the denial of boarding, visa rejection, or changes in government regulations.

11. Non-Refundable Packages

  • All packages offered by Abir Al-Madinah Tours are 100% non-refundable once confirmed and processed.
  • No refunds will be provided for early return, no-shows, or partial use of services.

12. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any complaints or disputes must be reported in writing within 7 days of returning from the journey.
  • Abir Al-Madinah Tours will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. However, any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
